Nailah, LLC has led the housing development market and more recently has pioneered the restoration and preservation of historic homes on East Ferry Street in Detroit’s historic Cultural Center.

 

Distinguishing itself as the firm that “rebuilds history,” Nailah, LLC has restored older homes to their former glory and has added to the housing stock through the construction of new homes in the Cultural Center, while simultaneously preserving the historic characteristics of the neighborhood.

 

In 2000, East Ferry Street was just another neglected neighborhood with great architecture. Nailah’s  restoration of existing homes and the construction of new homes has contributed to the economic vitality of the community. Today, the community is leading the way for the continued redevelopment of the neighborhood.
